Condition Details: Save for a few minor veneer repairs this exceptional Wingback "Mr. Chair" lounge chair and ottoman set is in original, vintage condition and has aged to perfection! The the walnut plywood composition is in remarkably excellent shape showing only minor surface scratches and nicks (the worst of which can be seen in the photos provided) as well as the above mentioned veneer repairs on the base but showing no gouges, stains or other damages whatsoever. The original naugahyde upholstery does show minor signs of vintage wear including repaired rip on the headrest (as shown in the photos provided). We love the original naugahyde as is but if you're interested in re-upholstery please message us prior to checkout to discuss your options and pricing.
The chair reclines and swivels 360 degrees exactly as designed and the height adjustment mechanism is also 100% functional.
