About: This installation ready Lounge Chair by Karpen of California is a fantastic choice for collectors or interior designers. A well-designed chair that is comfortable, striking and ready for your home or office interior design. The piece has been newly upholstered in high density hypoallergenic foam covered by nubby knit white boucle by Knoll Fabrics. The legs are finished in ebonized walnut with eye-catching brass caps. Circa 1950's.

Condition Details: This truly iconic armchair has recently undergone a comprehensive and transformative restoration featuring new upholstery in a fabulous white Bouclé. The solid walnut legs have been completely refinished and clear-coated and show no signs of wear whatsoever. The brass feet covers have been hand-polished and have been brought back to their original luster. The upholstery, redone in a luxurious white cotton Bouclé, was hand stitched in accordance with the original scheme and also features new high density hypoallergenic foam for maximum comfort. This visually stunning armchair is incredibly comfortable, structurally sound and ready for decades more of use. Please view all photos for details on this lounger's current condition.
