Condition Details: This stunning executive desk has recently undergone a partial restoration. The desk top has been hand-sanded and re-finished with a new application of clear-coat however some minor wear remains as the veneer was too thin to sand out a handful of deep scratches and a 4"x4" water stain (all of which can be seen in the detail photos provided). With that said the mix of solid and veneered Burmese teak composition is in overall very good shape with outstanding woodgrains throughout.
All four drawers open and close with ease and all joinery has been tightened. All three locks function exactly as designed and include the functioning skeleton key seen in the photos. The drop down door is also functional and features the original brass arm that has been fully restored.
This visually captivating executive desk is ultra-functional, structurally solid and ready for a literal lifetime more of use thanks to its recent restoration process.
