It's Danish modern tapered leg design and solid walnut wood cabinet makes it as much a work of art as it is a musical instrument. Covered front and back with beautiful woven cane this piano could work as a perfect room divider. Stamped "February 10th, 1961", this iconic Piano is an exceptionally rare early model.

Condition Details: Save fore a few minor veneer repairs this iconic Acrosonic piano by Baldwin is original, vintage condition and aged to perfection. The mix of solid and veneered black walnut is in overall very good shape showing only some minor gouges near the foot pedals (as shown in the detail photos provided) as well as a few minor veneer repairs and surface scratches (the worst of which can be seen in the detail photos provided).

The caning on the front and read panels are in remarkably excellent original condition showing no rips, punctures or discoloration whatsoever. Some of the white keys do show minor chipping (which can be seen in the detail photos provided) but all function and play exactly as they should as do the three foot pedals.

This extraordinary Modern piano is functional, structurally sound and ready for a literal lifetime more of use. It will need to be tuned by the buyer post delivery.
