Condition Details: This iconic Model 113 chair, designed by the revered Nanna Ditzel and produced in Denmark in the mid-1950's, is in 100% original, vintage condition and is as at home in an art museum as it is in a household. The solid oak frame is in excellent shape showing only minor nicks and light scratches (the worst of which can be seen in the detail photos provided) but showing no gouges, stains or other signs of wear whatsoever and the woodgrains are truly stunning in natural light. It's always our intention to leave authentic pieces in original condition, however we do offer carpentry services and if you'd like this chair refinished please message us prior to checkout to discuss options and pricing.
The caning does show some signs of wear such as a few missing strands as well as areas of minor discoloration (all of which can be seen both in the detail photos as well as the natural light video provided).
