About: Mid-Century Modern Brazilian rosewood ottoman by Brazilian designer Percival Lafer, 1960s. Impeccably crafted and beautifully designed, hand-tufted, pre-formed leather cushion set on natural leather straps on a rosewood frame. NOTE: Single ottoman only.

Condition Details: This exquisite ottoman designed by the iconic Percival Laffer is the epitome of functional art and has recently undergone an extensive restoration. The solid Brazilian Rosewood frame was completely refinished and is now in showroom condition with no scratches, stains or gouges and the rich wood grain is absolutely stunning in natural light. All support straps for the ottoman have been completely redone in thick-cut, genuine leather and were hand-crafted to match the original design and materials. The leather for both pieces is 100% original and left in it's perfectly patina'd state. Though the leather is "distressed" it is still in excellent overall condition with no rips or fraying. TERMS OF RENTAL
There is a $1995 minimum weekly rental fee for any and all orders.
The additional delivery fee per cargo van is $600.
There is a $500 damage deposit that will be returned if items are picked up as received.
Payment is required within 24 hours of selecting pieces as we have limited quantities for rentals.
Payment via credit card, debit card, cryptocurrency, PayPal, and Venmo are preferred. If your desired payment is to pay via bank wire, you assume all responsibility for wire fees both ways (i.e. if your damage deposit is returned, it will be the original total of the deposit {if retained to cover damages} less the wire transfer fee).
