Condition Details: This architecturally stunning writers desk, designed by Peter Løvig Nielsen, is in 100% original, vintage condition and has aged to perfection! The mix of solid and teak composition is in remarkably excellent shape showing only minor nicks and surface scratches (which can be seen in the detail photos provided). With that said the wear is minimal with no stains, gouges or other damage present and the variegated woodgrains of the Burmese teak is absolutely mesmerizing in natural light.
The cleverly designed desk top slides with ease in each direction to expose clever storage space beneath. The storage space under the desk top measures W - 22.5" x D - 15" x H - 2.25" on both right and left side. All three drawers open and close with ease and the top drawer does lock and includes a key (though not the original).
