Condition Details: This elegantly crafted high-back side chair has recently undergone a comprehensive and transformative restoration process and we love the results! Featuring new marine-grade brown vinyl the upholstery is in showroom condition. The seat cushion and backrest have been replaced with new medium density foam for maximum comfort and longevity.
The solid black walnut legs, frame and arms have been hand-sanded and refinished showing only one crack repair (which can be seen in the detail photos provided) as well some small nicks but showing no other damage or wear whatsoever and the woodgrains of the black walnut are absolutely stunning in natural light.
This architecturally fascinating chair is incredibly comfortable, structurally solid and ready for a literal lifetime more of use thanks to it's recent restoration process.
