The original paint has been sanded and re-painted with new semi-gloss poly-urethane paint giving the frames a subtle shine that perfectly offsets the rich, tactile bouclé fabric.
Stamped "Made in Italy" these gorgeous chairs have been painstakingly restored ensuring that each chair is structurally sound and weight-bearing in spite of it's ultra-slim design and footprint. The solid European walnut legs and frames have been hand-sanded and ebonized with poly urethane paint with only minor nicks remaining which can be seen in the detail photos provided.
The upholstery, redone in a kind-to-the-touch white cotton bouclé fabric by Knoll Fabrics, is in showroom condition and each cushion has been replaced with new support straps and medium density foam for maximum comfort and longevity.
