About: Constructed from rosewood and set on a T-shaped chrome base. There are three front flat faced drawers and a flush lift-top hidden compartment at the back that can be used for files or storage. Condition Details: This exquisite writing desk is in 100% original, vintage condition and has aged to perfection! The rosewood composition is in very good shape showing only minor surface scratches and light nicks but shows no stains or gouges whatsoever. The chrome too is in very good condition, considering it's age, showing only minor signs of light rust and tarnishing in a select few areas as well as a few surface scratches (which can be seen in the photos provided). Both of the front drawers as well as the door to the filing cabinet open and close with ease adding to the versatility of this extraordinary desk.
