The solid metal frame and legs, painted a vintage-feeling mint-green, shows character-rich patina throughout (nicks, scratches, spot rust etc.) which can be seen clearly in the detail photos and demonstration video provided.
With that said none of the above-mentioned wear and patina effect the functionality of the lamp whatsoever. The lamp easily articulates up and down and spins 360 degrees without issues.
