Among those who purchased Afdal’s designs were First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy and the Japanese Emperor as well as other notable heads of state during the mid-20th century.

The solid teak frame and legs are in 100% original condition and show only minor nicks (the worst of which can be seen in the detail photos provided) with no deep scratches, gouges or stains present whatsoever.
The upholstery, redone in a vintage-feeling heavy knit forest green fabric is in showroom condition and ultra-thin cushion has been replaced with medium density foam for maximum comfort and longevity.
