Condition Details: This architecturally fascinating wine rack has recently undergone a partial restoration process featuring newly installed leather slings. The wrought iron frames shows no serious signs of wear with only light nicks and scuffs present.
The leather slings that support and cradle each bottle have been replaced with all new hand-tooled, thick-cut genuine Italian leather hides and stained to match the color and tone of the original straps.
The solid butcher block top shows some signs of wear such as water stains from use as a kitchen element which can be seen in the detail photos provided. As purists, we strive to leave all of our pieces in as original condition as possible. However we do offer restoration services and a full carpentry shop which can professionally sand and refinish the butcher block included in the sale price.
