Title: Danish Modern Display Case / Topper in Teak by Bernhard Pedersen for Bernh. Pedersen & Søn, Denmark, c. 1960's
About: Introducing a rare and limited Danish-made display case constructed from a mix of solid and veneered Burmese teak. Featuring a finished back and finished interior all replete with exceptional old-growth, variegated woodgrains this display case can double as a topper to an existing teak cabinet or as a stand alone, low-profile book case. Ideal for both home and office settings this cabinet can blend seamlessly against a multitude of design backdrops from Mid-Century Modern to Contemporary to BOHO Chic.
Constructed in the 1960's by Bernh. Pedersen & Søn, a family owned furniture maker with a strong tradition in high quality cabinetmaking since the company’s founding in 1902 in rural Denmark, this cabinet features exceptional craftsmanship, sculpted legs carved from solid teak and two adjustable shelves. Make it yours today and elevate your home's aesthetic to new heights.

Condition Details: Save for some minor veneer repairs this elegantly designed and crafted display cabinet is original, vintage condition. With that said the teak is in overall very good shape and the woodgrains are absolutely stunning in natural light both in the interior as well as the exterior.
The two shelves are adjustable. The glass doors are missing on the topper but can be cut at cost. If this option interests you please message us prior to checkout to discuss pricing.
This elegant cabinet is functional, structurally sound and ready for a literal lifetime more of use. Please view all photos for details on this extraordinary sideboard's current condition. We're limited on the amount of media we can post so additional photos and videos are available upon request.
