Condition Details: This elegant set of ultra-rare 'Juliane' dining chairs has recently undergone a partial restoration featuring new leather seats. The solid teak frames are in original, vintage condition and have aged remarkably well showing only trace signs of vintage wear such as light nicks and surface scratches (the worst of which can be seen in the detail photos provided).
The seats have been re-upholstered in a rich genuine Italian leather hide that show only the wear of a once living animal (scars, ranch brands etc.). The foam has been replaced with an ultra thin layer of medium density foam for comfort and longevity.
This breathtaking chair set is incredibly comfortable, structurally sound and ready for a literal lifetime more of use.
