Condition Details: This iconic "Mr. Chair" with matching ottoman has recently undergone a partial restoration. The walnut shell has been sanded and refinished in accordance with the original finish but still shows some surface scratches and veneer repairs and can be seen in the photos provided. With that said the walnut plywood is in overall very good condition. The vinyl seat and back cushions have been re-upholstered in accordance with the original materials and seams, however the arms still return the original vinyl showing only minor signs of light wear and minor nicks which can be seen in the photos provided.
Both the chair and ottoman swivel 360 degrees and the lounge chair reclines to a comfortable position with an extended depth of 38". This exceptional chair and ottoman set are famously comfortable, structurally sound and ready for decades more of use. Please view all photos for details on this set's current condition.
